"The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are so very friendly. The prices basically reflect the property maintenance. The building is very outdated. Yeah it is clean and has no bug so we didn't complain too much. He definitely could be cleaner as there are a lot of wear and tear and proof of how old and in need an update is. The air conditioning was terrible. The hallways were way colder than the room we woke up sweaty. It is conveniently located. The hot tub is still in so the pool even though...

"The hotel was not clean, and there was a small roach inside the toilet. The blankets had an unpleasant smell, and the reception staff made me pay a $50 cash deposit. When I went to collect my deposit the next day at 6:45 am, the hotel was closed, and I was unable to retrieve it. ."

I’ll return when I’m in Orlando. Great price I think 109$ and I purchased the day before. Not a holiday weekend or anything special"

"I love my room, the boutique suite, the glass shower door and also the bathtub. I also had a wonderful view looking at the pool. I enjoyed the pool in the Jacuzzi just a relaxing vacation. I stayed there at least once a month so beautiful I highly recommend this beautiful resort."

"I would love to leave the highest review as the property is beautiful and the customer service is good; however, I am disappointed that they automatically charge guests for the $6 bottled water whether you drink it or not."
