"Only 2 small things were room service crew were rather loud in the early hours of the morning in the hallway and our comforter was ripped. Other than that very nice rooms and staff. Nice location."

"My stay was good. Love that its right across from a shopping center. Im from md but live in ma. And this was a good choice for hotel stay. The concierge super sweet and helpful. Was able to bring my dog. The room was clean and. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again. They also gave a pack and play for my daughter lol"

"Everything was great. Front desk were very professional And helpful. The only issue I had was the bartender. He was very disrespectful to everyone at the bar. I don’t remember his name but he said he was from Jamaica. He Shouldn’t be working as bartender if he ia very rude and obnoxious. Beside that everything was perfect."

"My stay was good. The hotel is being maintained but I had just 3 issues. 1. The parking is no longer free. If someone is flying away from BWI then charge them. I saw an elderly woman leave her car and wait in the lobby. She should pay because she was heading straight to the airport on July 6th. 2. "The room was great. The bathroom on the other hand was awful. The tub wouldn’t drain properly and the there were patches of hair on the ceiling in the tub. The wall in the bathroom were under construction. Curtain rod was coming off the wall and the faucet was as well falling out. Was pleased with the bedroom but the bathroom was awful."

"The double room was very small. The door would not close all the way you could see the light from outside from the side and from under the door room 332. The Blanket had smoke holes in it more than a few and pretty big size. The staff was nice tho. People live there full time- no judgement tho just making a statement ."
