"My experience with Springhill wasn't great. My family and I waited about 1 1/2- 2 hours for a shuttle that never came. I booked a room at another hotel the Westin . The front staff were nice. Ther were no amenities at the hotel?"

"Property was decent i stayed for an overnight flight i had to catch in the early am. There was bit of a musty smell and the first floor smelled of weed. Definitely needs a small renovation as things look older and bathroom had mildew in shower. It is good for a quick sleep but wouldnt stay longer than one day."

"Stayed at hotel for two nights. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable and needed a new mattress. The carpet needed updating. It was great to have the kitchenette. Staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and coffee was strong. "
