"We have stayed at this hotel previously and when we decided to go to Germany again I automatically selected this hotel. We needed a small fridge for medicines and this was put in our room. The room we had was on the 4th floor, but this was not a problem as there is a lift. All the staff are very pleasant and polite. "We were so disappointed with this hotel. It is NOT near Aalen. It needs so much work. It looks like it might have been busy at some point but it feels like a ghost hotel. Our room had one small comforter. No towels. No glasses. 2 pillows. A refrigerator that did not work. The washer dryer area for the hotel is dirty and pathetic. The reception area had trash that was not picked up for two days and no Receptionist. There was quite a bit of deferred maintenance on the property. It...
