It was a little cool in the room but had a sufficient wall heater to help with that. Very nice modern bathroom and shower. Very grand building and the spa & pool which looked amazing and very inviting but didn’t have time to use. Family friendly and busy whilst I was there. Would recommend a stay here to my friends "

"For the cost the room was very basic. Staff member just showed me to the room with no info about how to get back in if the pub was closed or how to leave the next day when no-one would be around. No details given on Internet password or even asking if I had any questions, my very presence seemed to be an inconvenience. Shared areas full of rubbish, want to have a shower? Best bring your own shower gel as nothing is provided. Visit was Feb but no heating in the toilet/shower room I won't be coming back."

Only downside was the shower pressure was very up and down and went from very hot to very cold and couldn't get a constant temperature temperature (plus there was no toilet roll but guess that was just an oversight)"
