"The room was very nice and had a patio for us to enjoy the view. The staff was excellent to assist us on our requests from an extra pillow to breakfast allergies. The location was perfect and only a couple minutes walk from Interlaken West and most of the main drag for shopping and restaurants. "We booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints!
