First time in my 50+ years of travel that I checked in and almost immediately checked out after trying two rooms. The chemical smell of whatever they use to clean made my wife sick. Roach on the wall, busted door latch, rusty air conditioning unit at the foot of the bed, trash bags piled up in one stairwell, worn out upholstery, delayed check in because they were waiting for the police to arrive, what my wife described as "scummy" hallways. NO REFUND even though I was there less than an hour and tried to make it work. Expedia was very helpful trying to get a full refund. I travel to this location at least once a month on business. I will not be staying at a marriott property, especially this one."
