"The property was unsafe with a balcony door that didnt close latch or lock, was advertised as frequently booked by families.. i showed up to a cot set up for my 2 year old right next to this balcony door. I ended up having to stay awake all night to ensure my kids safety. A blind fell on my eldest son because the bracket was crooked. Couldn't check in on time because room wasn't clean yet and only find that out on arrival at my check in time. Window in one of the bedrooms was stuck open, i...
