"It was an amazing stay. The check in is all online so there’s no staff. It did happen that there was an electricity problem but it was sorted out right away. It was clean, they had all things need in the room. Even things like olive oil, pepper, a lot of kitchenware and all the appliances there a needed. Definitely recommend and will be going back."

"Below average reception checking in service. No mention of my platinum Expedia status. Received a room on the first floor facing the wall for about 600 Euros a night. Complained but no help. Room was sold as Deluxe and the window faced a wall.
Unacceptable miss representation of the room.
Checked in on Monday and the lady at reception told us that the pool would be closed on Monday's. She had the wrong information as the pool was open.
Unacceptable."
