I would not recommend this hotel, unless there were no other decent choices. The front desk wasn't friendly or particular helpful both days we were there. Grand Naniloa Hotel Hilo - a Doubletree by Hilton
Staff was great across the board - everyone helpful and nice! We were there during Merrie Monarch. Shopping the vendors at hotel was good too. Mahalo nui!
