"Check-in was ok, staff was pretty helpful but a bit surly. Property is old and in need of renovation but clean enough. The shower was horrible, no pressure at all. The sink in the bathroom had plenty of pressure but not the shower. It was barely a trickle!
The breakfast was all right, some. hot items, yogurt, breads and fruit.
The pool was very nice, the hot tub was not open and under some kind of construction. Needs more lounge chairs.
Check out was easy since I was pre-paid.

"The Hilton Garden is a good hotel if you are doing a layover at MCO. The shuttle service is reliable. The check in staff are friendly and helpful. "I came in from Metro Detroit and stayed a day. Everything was great even the transportation service to pick me up from the hotel and take me to the Port for my cruise. However, there was a slight miscommunication. I was informed. The service to take me to the Cruise was included as well. But, I had to pay $30 which I was told that was separate. Overall my experience was good. I enjoyed my stay."
