"Avoid this place at all costs, staff members are rude and unwelcoming. The property is dirty and smelly, moreover the hotel doesn't offer shuttles on weekend and location isn't great if you want to go to the Haram. "I honestly don’t know where to start wallah, my experience at Jasmine Hotel was incredible. The rooms were very clean, and having 24hour housekeeping and room service made everything so easy.
The location is also very convenient, not far from the Haram and close to Makkah Mall.
What truly made my stay special was the staff. They were so kind and treated me better than I could have ever expected. Wallah, when my daughter became unwell and I had to go to the hospital, the way they supported me...
