"We had an Excellent Stay. From the Reception, to the room service, all staffs are nice and welcoming. We got a free room upgrade on the highest floor and the view from there were amazing. We enjoyed in the swimming pool and kids pool. The breakfast was nice too.."

"Even though larger rooms were shown as available on third‑party websites, the reception declined our request for an upgrade, stating the property was fully booked. This was disappointing, as a bigger room would have greatly improved our stay, especially since we were traveling with a child.
The reception staff at the front desk, did not create a welcoming or friendly atmosphere. The interaction felt unprofessional and left us very disappointed with the reception experience."
