"The room was lovely and clean, the staff were all amazing, very helpful, attentive and all spoke excellent English which was really good as we only know a little Arabic. The facilities were great and we loved the beach & bar. Did get very busy at the weekends so we didn't manage to get a beach lounger but lots around the pool and surrounding areas. The Belgium Cafe was also packed out at the weekend and we hadnt booked a table so had to sit inside which wasn't quite the same. Ate at some of the restaurants which were all really good. Was disappointed with the seafood brunch as it was quite expensive and didn't include alcoholic drinks which most other brunches do for that price. We did ask if there were drinks packages available when we checked in but was told no they didn't offer them so drinks did cost extra. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the metro which is also great for getting around the town. All in all we would definitely go again as we really enjoyed it. "

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the hotel was spotless, and my room was fantastic — very clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful view. The bathroom with the bathtub and glass details was a great touch, and the breakfast was truly amazing. Everything exceeded my expectations!"
