"Beautiful brownstone with welcoming staff/owners. My accommodation was in the condo nearby with a beauty bedroom, sitting area and small kitchen. Great location with easy access to the State Capitol and nearby restaurants. Across from the park too, which is lovely. This is a great place to stay in Albany."

"Based on the pictures of the rooms I picked a king suite. It was nothing like the picture. A bed and a sleeper couch were crammed in a small room. The sleeper was so uncomfortable (very old) I would have been better sleeping on the floor and the sheet on the couch was dirty and ragged. The outlet near the bed was sunk into the wall so I couldn’t charge my phone. I will never stay there again!!!!"

"The room was clean. The room darkening shade was great. No full length mirror. No place to hang towels we wanted to reuse. Nightstand was very small. Lack of decent storage space for a 4-night stay."

"This was my third time staying at this property and as always the staff was amazing! The property was clean and well kept. The gym and pool area were easily accessible and kept stocked with supplies. The only downside to this property is the availability of parking. If you come in later in the day the lot fills up quickly. "

"We have stayed here in the past but place has gone down hill. Room had musty odors and tub had dirty ring around it. We arrived at 2:30 pm but clerk made us sit in lobby for 15 minutes before we were allowed to check in. I am aware check in is at 3 but never had to wait if I was a little early. Unacceptable. Breakfast was barely average. Small area with little to recommend. Overall stay was disappointing. "

We were departing before the complimentary breakfast and she was kind enough to prepare a ‘to go’ bag. Thank you for the comfortable stay. Cheers to your wonderful staff.
