"Beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. They have no pool but a beautiful outside seating area. They also have a private cinema with Apple TV. 2 things I didn’t like were parking… valet parking is $44 per night. We paid for the first night but realized we could actually get street parking so that’s what he did for the rest of our stay which was free. Other thing was there was no bell man to help with our luggages. Overall a 8.5/10 stay"

"Hotel was clean and very comfortable, but what made it shine was the front desk staff. Stayed for 4 nights and every interaction with each of them was friendly, attentive, professional and supportive. Good location with shopping and food beginning a block away. Only disappointment was lack drawers. Room was plenty big enough for a chest of drawers of some kind that would have helped support our 4-night stay. Would totally stay again and recommend to friends."

"Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy."

"Only issue we had was not getting reserved two bedroom the first night. First associate reminded check in was at 4:00 so room was not ready. Upon checkin, informed room would not be available until next day. We were given complimentary breakfast & balcony room first night as an apology which was nice. Fitness room was very big. "I like the stay. It was neat and clean. All amenities were available. The staff were nice and helpful. I was surprised that I had to pay for daily parking in a hotel which was not included during my booking process. It was not informed until I checked in. This was an additional cost. So the cost was not truly accurate. Also some of the gym equipment amenities are in need of repair and were not working.
