"I stayed for 16 nights on a business trip. Having access to a laundry facility was a huge plus. Unfortunately, this was the only good thing about this place. The hotel displayed a 3-star rating at the entrance but falls short of many requirements for this rating: - The room is cleaned only once a week. - Some staff do not speak English. - Cleaning staff are not present on weekends. "This place it´s perfect for someone who travels alone and needs a place to sleep without entering in to Madrid. The most inconvenient part was not having an elevator and carrying the luggage to a second floor. Since it´s located next to a truck facility, the trucks wake you up in the early morning. "
