"Great experience! Loves exploring the city from the central location, then when needing to recharge, going to enjoy the rooftop pool and bar.
The breakfast was wonderful - lots of variety in options, and a great start to the day.

Recommendation #1: hotel room with trapezoidal layout is best suited for a couple with one king bed rather than two family members with two separate twin beds. Recommendation #2: ensure housekeeping staff can at least communicate in basic English to avoid language barrier with hotel guests.

"I absolutely loved my stay at the PortoBay. The hotel room was not large, but it was cozy and very comfortable and very clean! My favorite parts were the extremely comfortable bed and the very cool shower. The room was quiet--I didn't hear any neighbors although I know that I had neighbors on one side. Also, right outside the hotel, in easy walking distance was many interesting sites (like the train station and Bolhau market). And many dining options and shopping near by!
