We arrived @ the hotel to a warm & welcoming reception from Radek. He was very informative & gave us good advice on where to go & the best places to change currency.
The breakfast buffet was good.... a lot of choice.. meats, cheeses, bacon & eggs, fresh fruits, yoghurts, cakes, waffles..

"When I arrived, the room was mostly clean, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The staff was not very helpful when we asked for assistance with parking, and one of the ladies at the front desk seemed irritated whenever we asked questions.
There is no proper parking facility available, and even dropping off or picking up luggage was very difficult and inconvenient.
