"nice place with nice staff, only the place is in a residential area, not much dining places around, but if u want a quiet stay, this place is perfect. "

"Great property with great staff that was very accommodating and eager to help. Yoon at the front desk was very welcoming and made sure everything was taken care of in terms of luggage delivered to our room. The facilities were top notch and the views from the high floor rooms unbeatable. The lounge and restaurant on the 32nd and 33rd floor were grrat as well. Will definitely be back."
"The room was much larger than I expected - for Japan. There was a little kitchen/dining room area. The bedroom included 5 beds - with 2 as bunk beds, and a little table with a built in L-shaped couch. There was a large walk in closet. The washer included in our room was pleasantly a clothes dryer, too. Detergent was provided by the hotel. Free drinks were in the lobby along with a full array of various toiletries for the taking in the lobby for guests. Lawsons was downstairs. It was an 8 min walk to Namba station which connected to anywhere we needed to go. "
