"The hotel is a bit dated, but the outdoor garden areas are very nice. The check in staff was not particularly welcoming. Our main issue was that there was no room service at all unless you asked for it in advance but we were never told we needed to ask. At check-in we should have been asked if we want room service or at least be told we would have to ask to get it. Therefore we stayed 3 days with no room service despite paying $300 a night. The breakfast was little above the normal hotel free...

"We flew in quite late, the staff was exceptional! The shuttle service was too crowded when we were picked up in the early a.m. hours. The driver was exceptional, but we could have easily used a larger van"

"Simple, Clean, good spot after a long flight and getting to airport quickly"

"The hotel was very clean, has a pool, fire pit, and walking trail right out back! Right behind the outlets and only 11 minutes from the boardwalk/beach. The GM was very helpful when we needed to switch rooms due to AC not properly working. We will definitely be booking here again our next trip to Rehoboth!"

"Bathroom ceiling over shower head had large hole spilling water out during shower. Was exhausted and didn't notice beforehand. TV wasn't working, it was a very long driving day and we had gone to bed and wanted to relax. Maintenance and staff came and moved out dresser and after about 20 minutes tv was fixed. In the morning, said dresser was still moved out away from wall exposing bed bug matter and mice droppings. Bed was uncomfortable. Reported all the above and showed room to person at...

"There was a virtual check in machine that was a terrible experience. I couldn’t hear what the screen was saying, the volume was too low and the person (?) on the screen could not make the volume louder. The lobby door was locked so I couldn’t access an actual live person. When a human came to assist the experience improved exponentially! The person was kind, friendly and helpful."

"Very clean property and rooms. Nice area near fast food, gas station, and coffee (Dunkin). Easy parking. King size bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. 5 star stay for sure"

"My watch jacket and sneakers were stolen they are becoming a new hotel all the construction noise, all the dirtyness except for the front desk dude the black guy I forgot his name was exceptional. Great service from him. But the manager she is nasty and horrible not only to the customer but too the staff."

"The hotel is under construction. My room was remodeled, but there were no dishes or silverware. Most of the staff was friendly, but one of them always seemed confused and when I asked for anything, she looked at me with a puzzled look on her face. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but the rest of the staff was great. This will be nice when it is completed..."
