"Las sabanas de la habitacion olian mal pero claramente decia que se cambian cada 3 dias... y como acababa de llegar, no las cambiarían. Dos controles de tv y para nada sirvió la tv. Mucho ruido de puertas, a la orilla de la callé. Nada que ver lo de VIP Expidia. Me ofrecieron otro hotel.casa de luna pero el de recepción me dijo que estaba a 2 cuadras dije que no y con ese trafico horrible dije q me quedaría y cuando fui a la habitacion designada estaba a la vuelta el otro hotel... no me gusto"

"La persona de Recepción fue muy amable y atiende muy bien en general. Sin embargo, agua caliente de la ducha no está estable ni generalmente no es caliente. "Staff, rooms, basics were all v good to excellent. There is an issue however with how Expedia describes room options. We were able to say in our reservation that we wanted two doubles and a single bed in our triple room. When we arrived, they put us in a room with two single beds. Discussion revealed that a room with two doubles and a single was NOT POSSIBLE, and staff indicated they were not agreeing with Expedia’s descriptions that suggested these options. "
