Khách sạn Americus

"The staff was great! The property was beautiful. The fine dining was good. But our room could have been better. The blinds were filthy, My bed had something in it that needed brushed off before I laid down. The bathroom had hair on the walls and the molding was brown from lack of cleaning. This is a beautiful historic hotel. And the staff we encountered were great. But the cleaning staff needs to get better."

My reservation had been prepaid through Expedia, yet I was told there was nothing the hotel could do. I sat down to contact Expedia, whose agent was courteous and immediately called the hotel to resolve the situation. "It was good, I would stay there again."

"Linens weren’t clean when I stayed here, but the room did the job. If you don’t mind a slightly run down situation, this works."

"The staff were excellent, room clean, breakfast wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. Great value."

"A good place to stay for the price"

"Decent stay at a decent price. Helpful staff."

"Polite and helpful front desk staff. Very comfortable bed!"

"Excellent stay except for small issue when we checked in our room’s bathroom had not been cleaned by housekeeping. Staff was nice enough to upgrade us to a different and larger room. It’s obvious these facilities (villa rooms) are brand new so it’s expected that everything is very nice. All rooms have views of the lake and have porches to relax at. Restaurant is walking distance and the food was very good. Overall nice weekend stay. Just hope that as time passes they keep it in the same...

"Located across the street from gas and food, my room was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and told me to call with any questions. For me the location is very convenient, halfway between FL and Nashville. I would return to the motel when in the area."

"The young man in the front desk was very nice the breakfast was really how can I say small like we went in there to get breakfast and they had a couple of stuff and some gravy but it would look like it was only four scoops of gravy made there and the apple juice was watery the apple juice was very watery nobody was in the front tooth you can ask him for anything but otherwise we had a good time when we checked in"
