"We typically have highly satisfactory experiences at the Holiday Inn Express properties. During this stay, we did not receive housekeeping services on Day 1 and Day 2 (I had to go to the front desk to obtain fresh towels after our return to the property). "After a delayed flight, I called for airport transfer (which was advertised) and they said it stopped at 11pm. After Ubering, when I arrived, no one was in the lobby. When he did come out there was no apology for making me wait and no apology when I told him of the transportation issue. I just wanted a little bit of polite acknowledgement. A refund of my Uber cost would have been nice."
