"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This place is running a SCAM!!!! I stayed here 2 nights with my family and it has been an absolute nightmare! First of all, upon “check in” we realized that there is no reception. We met the property managers in the parking lot and they brought us to our apartment. Then after checking in, bringing in our bags and dogs, the man insisted to come in our apartment to “controllare” our stuff and see our dogs. Breakfast was very generous and tasty with a very attentive and friendly server. Strolled around and found a wonderful gourmet restaurant nearby on the main road with a view of the lake. "We stayed at hotel La Vela while attending a wedding nearby. We were more than pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself. It was in an excellent location within the town, on a quiet street a couple of minutes walk from the historic center & lake. Rooms were clean with a balcony & nice bathroom & beds very comfortable. "We used this Hotel as a stop over for one night on our travels around Europe. We are British, they spoke perfect English and made us feel welcome. The rooms and en suits were large with a safe, hairdryer etc everything that top hotels offer. Reserved us a table at the best restaurant on the lake which was some of the best food and wine ever tasted. The breakfast was great at the hotel so all together one of our best stops.
