Found fake hair between beds, grime still in the tub. Loud as all get out. Could hear everthing. .Beds were by far the most uncomfortable to attempt to sleep on. Just gross place. Dont stay just because its cheaper. Cause truly will get a cheap place here.

I was unable to stay at Red Roof Inn as I broke my arm and medically not allowed to drive. I contacted Expedia, sent pictures of my arm along with note from the surgeon. I asked for a refund or a credit for a future stay and was told hotel wasn’t responding I contacted RedRoof hotel, and they said they hadn’t heard from Expedia. I got the run around and amazed that nothing could be done considering my situation.

Very clean, I stayed for a week and they come every 3 days to clean your room. Keep key card away from your phone it could deactivate the key card. Either than that good place to stay for the week I was there

When we booked this hotel, the photo on the web site looked much better than the actual property. Upon arrival, there was no sign directing us to the hotel. It was so run down looking that we thought we arrived at the wrong location. The room itself could use some basic improvements like paint, repairing water marks on the ceiling. The room also had a strong odor like someone had smoked even though there was signage everywhere stating it was a non-smoking room. On the positive side, the hotel agent (MGR) that checked us in was extremely polite and professional with a warm greeting. The bed was comfortable and had clean linens. It was a one night stay and that was the other positive thing. We would not recommend staying at this Red Roof location.

It needed some updates and some cosmetic help but the bed was comfortable, the sheet's were clean and smelled fresh, it was quite during the night so for the money i feel it was a good stay. Its not the Hilton but fine for a night at a good price.
