"Enjoyable stay. Friendly hosts. Good breakfast. Clean and well presented rooms."

"We had a very good stay at Hotel du Château in Carcassonne. A strong highlight was the team: everyone we met was warm, welcoming and helpful, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is another major plus, just a short walk from the Cité médiévale. The only minor disappointment was the Wi-Fi signal in our room wasn’t particularly strong. "Excellent location and the views from our room was worth the price of admission. The room felt a bit tired and bedding could use an up grade. Lots of nightly turnover so the hotel always felt very busy."

"Parfait."

"Very comfortable rooms and amazing food in the Micheline star restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful"

"Très bon accueil, chambre confortable."

"A great stopover on our journey through France! The hotel was conveniently located to visit the medieval city and accessible from main roads in and out of Carcassonne. It was clean and modern with really helpful, friendly staff. The pool was a real bonus on a very hot day and we loved the grapevines lining the path into reception! Not seen that before! Our room was clean and comfortable with air con."

"Lit king size, très confortable Baignoire Propreté"

"Receptionist extremely friendly, facilities fantastic for our overnight stopover. Great 2 bedroom appartment."

"We loved our stay here. The veranda and back garden were a welcome escape after a day spent exploring. The front desk was very helpful when our train was cancelled. Location is next to the castle entrance. Easy walk into the new town as well."

"As per previous reviews, this property was a great place to stay. It's smack bang in Portsmouth Harbour and right next to the bus station and Gosport ferry so couldn't be more convenient if that's your goal. It is a very urban location but a nice view of the harbour on one side but the bus station on the other. Breakfast was included in the rate and Excellent! Even the coffee was great (and having just returned from France, UK coffee is normally a step down). Unlike many properties like...
