Restaurant was randomly closed on Tuesday night, as was others in the area so ended up having to get an Uber Eats which they would not let us eat in the bar. Hotel is well situated with some decent walking routes and the restaurant opposite in the old train station is very good. Hotel could do with a Gym as there is little else within walking distance of the hotel. the food pricing in the à la carte...

"Excellent 2 night stay in this hotel i upgraded to comfort room fridge and kettle. Room was on the front very littke noise and the bed was soooo comfy. My only little moan was the kettle was a modern water boiler and we didn't seem to manage to get a hot drink. Would definately stay again right near railway station"
