"Beautiful cottage, really huge lounge and lots of fields around. Host Dawn was super helpful and the cottage had everything you needed. The showers were great and super clean, I always found that the pictures always look better than the actual place when you arrive, but this was even better in person. This is our first time renting a cottage rather than a hotel, and we're taking our puppy. We will be back with the whole family this time to enjoy it again."

"Hotel was an absolute state. Dust and dirt everywhere, stains on the bedding and un cleaned rooms that had dead flies and bugs on the bed. Requested to move room as it was disgusting and was met with Daniel the receptionist who was very unpleasant to deal with and very rude and abrupt. On telling him you'd expect the rooms to be clean and tidy and i have a respiratory failure and this was going to cause problems with the amount of dust in the rooms, i was just glared at. "I was check-in relatively quickly and allocated a double room on the top floor with a view of the sea. The room had a fridge freezer and a kettle and 32" smart TV and a sofa, which I was impressed about for a two star hotel. Great stay and ideal location in the centre of Bournemouth Town centre. "
