"Would definitely stay there again! Room was quiet, clean and comfortable, had refrigerator and microwave. No coffee maker in the room and only got the last dregs of coffee from the office, so recommend getting coffee elsewhere and reheating in the morning."
"This hotel is brand new. Because of it because of it being so new a lot of things to work properly. My biggest disappointment was the pool was not ready for guest. It looks to be at least a month away before anyone can go swimming in the pool. Hotels.com did not tell us that there was no working pool on the property. hotels.com answer the question that there is a pull on a property to be correct. They were right there was a pool in a property, but you cannot use it. I was traveling with my grandkids and told him about swimming in the pool when we got there, but they both got disappointed when the pool was under construction. The other issue was the air-conditioning in the rooms were not working properly. It did not work once you went to bed. In the morning, the AC suddenly started to work, which tells me there was an overwriting timer and the use of air-conditioning during the evening. The hotel has two elevators one was being repaired as several people were stuck on it for over an hour. The second elevator had a smoke detector that went off underneath the floor, which shut down that elevator, the staff apologized for all the inconveniences, but could not do anything about anything. They did not know how to override the air conditioners. I paid $300 for one night. Stay at this hotel hang out no working pool busted elevators no air-conditioning in the rooms for my money. This will be a nice place to stay in the future. I should not be charging these kind of fees for a hote"
"Driving in to town after a long exhausting day, first view of building makes you briefly wonder if you're at the right place, but the owners did a great job of texting information and entry codes so there was no delay getting in. The building is of historic nature, but the rooms have been remodeled so nicely and have such a unique homey feel. We stayed in 204 at the top of the stairs, and the brick wall with secret messages from previous guests was so fun to read through. The location was perfectly centered near majority of the "big things" hunt, and we truly enjoyed our visit."
"We got there at 4 o’clock and had four rooms reserved and two of the rooms were not done.
We had to go out to eat and get everything in the car and come back and could not check into the last two rooms until 5 o’clock
wasn’t very convenient."
