"The whole place is overdue for updating, by at least 10 years. There's one room that they show for pictures, but that's the only one! Plugs fall out of sockets, shower head goes everywhere, lumpy bed, no fridge/microwave or hair dryer, and the absolute kicker is your key doesn't work more than once per day! I had to go to the office for a new key every night. Maintenance had to do it once as well. If you can avoid this place DO IT!"

"For the price, it was quite satisfactory. I got the impression that the owners have put a lot into renovating and freshening up the building and rooms. The air conditioner in my room was old and inefficient, but that was the only problem. It's no frills with a "standard" room, but I wasn't looking for frills. The only problem was at check-in. Advertised check-in time was 3:00 p.m., and I arrived around 4:00 after 5 hours on the road, and needing a nap before heading into Cleveland for an event....
