A heavy curtain had to be kept closed as we got up as there were no nets and we were overlooked from the car park, and the dim lighting made it difficult to get organised. While clean, the bathroom had peeling paint and loose shower controls. Furniture had chipped paint. The bed was comfortable and the breakfasts were superb. The location in the Cathedral Quarter is excellent. "
