Omni Austin Hotel
Great hotel near Congress Street, one of the main parts of Austin. The staff was amazing & so friendly, always looking to help. I would definitely recommend the Omni Downtown. We had a great stay!

Room was actually falling apart, door knobs falling on the ground, toilet water keeps running, I asked for an ironing board, spent 3 days still no ironing board..

Best Western Plus Austin Central
Great stay.... staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Amenities were above normal - even offering free flavored coffees and drinks for guests. Neighborhood wasn't too bad.
