"Great hotel to stay at"

"Everything was lovely but HEADS UP - the hotel charges $7 to park in their regular parking lot, which has no gate to go through or anything. I was wondering how they knew to bill me, since I had never given them a license plate number. The nice man at the desk said that they simply charge everyone - in other words, a company which is nickel and dime-ing you. They do not mention it AT ALL when you check in but send you a separate bill for it. Just be aware."

"The lobby smelled wonderful. The staff, especially Nathaniel, were wonderful. Bed was comfortable. Walking from parking across the street was a bit strange, but we changed to the uncovered lot in the back after the staff suggested the option."

"The room was lovely and clean but the elevators were the worst. It took us 3 minutes to get an elevator because 1 was out of service and the one in service would go to the 8th floor first no matter what button you pushed. The luggage trolleys had flat tires so they were hard to maneuver."

"The poor property condition shows a total lack of maintenance, The curtain rod was falling off the wall, there were no clothes hangers in the closet, there was no tv remote to be found, and the towels were rougher than coarse sandpaper. The neighborhood is very sketchy, filled with people who looked vagrants, drug addicts and prostitutes. The free breakfast was so bad that you would have had to pay me to eat it. I expected a great deal more for the $120/night rate. I’ve stayed at much better...

"Room smelled of mold. Shade on the window was torn and falling down. In the bathroom the toilet was broken and very dirty. The tub was very dirty as well. The towel racks were broken off, and there were no towels or wash cloths. No trash can. All in all, the room was dirty. I went back to the lobby and told them that I couldn’t stay in such a place and demanded a refund of the money I had paid. They said hat they would agree to a refund, but because I had used Expedia to book the room I would...

"Staff are excellent, rooms comfy and clean, fridge and microwave in each room. We hv stayed here a number of times, and hv always had a positive experience. The prices in the little store for water, snacks, etc., are cheaper than what you'd pay at a regular store! We will be back again!"

"All the rooms are new that was really nice. say the most that it lack was the people outside making a bunch of noises but you can't really help that on a Saturday night."

"great facilty and warm and welcoming team ... they were super accommodating to making a solution for my non-conforming vehicle for parking ( this location doens't have typical surface lot parking and my tall truck didn't fit in the garage they Co-op with ...) and the rooms were really new and clean and comfortable.."
