"Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay."

Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. "
"The staff is very friendly, service was excellent from second we got onto property. We stayed in building 4,was wonderful! the cleaning and towel checks were done even twice a day! The 1-bedroom unit was big and had everything we needed inside. Only thing we didnt like in the unit, the fridge door was impossible to open at times, it goes into a lock mode, that should be disabled if possible.

"Awesome small scale property with great beach access and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Grocery is a short walk and a great option to stock the condo. Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! "
"My husband and I booked a last minute trip to Turks & Caicos for his birthday weekend and we decided on this hotel for the location (right on Grace Bay beach) and the affordability in comparison to surrounding hotels. The hotel was clean, has 2 nice pools, a hot tub and free access to the beach chairs and umbrellas for guests. Herby and Jay at the bar were super awesome and so sweet! We loved them! The food at the hotel was great as were the drinks. The hotel is only about a 15-20 minutes drive...
