"For 3 days in a row there was nobody on the beach to set up umbrellas for us. On another day on the beach an older employee was telling us where to sit and that we can only use 1 umbrella. I pay resort fees to sit where I want and no employee going to tell me any different. The outdoor hot tub was broken for all 10 days that we were there. The water pressure in the shower was the worse I ever experienced in my life. The floor in our room was never moped so if you went barefoot it turned your...

"We picked Hotel Zamora for our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. It was an incredibly beautiful hotel inside and out. The room was so comfortable and quiet. It was beautifully decorated with a modern Florida theme. The restaurant Azura was top notch and every meal was outstanding! Can’t say enough about the waiters and chef. The prices were very reasonable also. The pool and hot tub area was such a fun experience with a bar and large screen for watching games. Whenever we wanted to go to the...

Island Grand at TradeWinds0,9 km từ Bahia Shores
7.8 trên 10, Tốt, (1.423 nhận xét)
"There’s only two functioning small pools and one kid pool. Everything else is completely gutted, but the hotel didn’t have that stated anywhere. They advertise that the “waterpark” runs through October, but we went the first week of October and it was already taken down. The employees that conduct the timeshare meetings are insanely rude to guests who aren’t there for the timeshare meeting or buyers. They have tons of activities for kids at the pool but it is very clear that the only people who...

"Room and property were amazing, but the entire duration of our stay our water heater was having issues. We mentioned it the first day we were there and it never got fixed. The room, resort, and staff were lovely, but for the price of the room, we were extremely disappointed we couldn’t take a hot shower once during our stay."
