My only criticism is that they need to replace the plastic flowers with live plants, and I suggest that they paint the faded room doors in baby blue. The hand rail going down from the second floor to the first floor (third to second, in the U.S.) needs to be secured. Overall, excellent value for the money, smack dab in the middle of town on top of the mountain."

"Estrutura excelente para crianças. Equipe de recreação infantil ótima. Comida razoável, bem no estilo resort. Minha única ressalva é em relação a falta de flexibilidade em relação a abertura de todo o salão. No último jantar, a metade aberta do salão do restaurante já estava lotada com a outra metade fechada. Éramos 8 pessoas (sendo 3 crianças e 1 bebê) não tinha mesa para sentarmos e ao falar com o maître no restaurante, ele disse q não poderia abrir a outra parte, só depois de 20min. Achei...
