"Albergo carino, personale e servizi buoni. Pulizia ottima direi e personale cordiale. Albergo non è grande molto riservato anche se scegliendo adult ho trovato la media età da 70 anni in più mi sembrava un po stare in pensione ma forse il periodo che siamo stati. Unica pecca che ho trovato per italiano che non sanno parlare altre lingue niente scritto in italiano e personale non parla italiano-però ho trovato qualche cameriere italiano."

"Felt very rundown and way past its best. Old fashioned interiors and still hints of the 1980s everywhere. Average client was old and pretty boring. That’s how the entire place felt. Facilities were super tired - like the gym. Shame as it’s a great spot. Worse part may have been the food. It was just like the entire vibe - boring and out of touch. Staff friendly. "

"Mattresses were worn right down (compacted down to the springs). Futon used as a sofa was SO uncomfortable. Like sitting on marble. Inadequate kitchen items. Please try giving guests a heads-up as to when housekeeping staff will come in!! Desk staff, bar staff, maintenance staff were fabulous!!"

"La chambre était très propre, même si assez désuète. Il manque quelques petits équipements (bouilloire, café thé) et nous avons manqué de savon à la fin du séjour, non remplacé malgré nos demandes. Les produits de la restauration sont assez bas de gamme, mais cuisinés avec beaucoup de soin et il y a toujours plein de choix. l’emplacement est idéal. Le rapport qualité prix, globalement, est très satisfaisant."

"Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte...

"The accommodation was absolutely superb. It was clean, tidy and everything had thought behind it. The reception staff are incredible and go above and beyond to help and ensure your stay is perfect. We went out a few nights for dinner and we WhatsApp the devotion desk who booked us a taxi (could be tricky flagging one down). The entire stay was perfect and we will definitely be returning. Thank you so much. "

"The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

"Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Rooms huge . Areas of wear and tear in rooms. The breakfast buffet was very poor worse one we’ve ever had. Hot food was luke warm. Lunch buffet worse than breakfast buffet . So much so we only used it twice we decided to pay to eat out despite having paid half board. Shame the food seriously lets the hotel down and belonging to such a large chain of hotels this should not be the case"

"This was our first time in Lanzarote and of course this resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room lovely (junior suite) and always well tended to by those lovely house keepers. The pools looked good, we didn't use them (we're not pool people). So, we had a great holiday."
