"Water tastes horrible. To buy one water is 16$. For a small Dasani from bar is 7$. They say they provide water bottles with fill up stations and they’re nowhere to be found. When you ask for help the look at you like you’re stupid. Very rude. Very expensive. They charge you for housekeeping to come in even if you deny the service. Resort fees are mandatory but not disclosed at check in. Most amenities are either broken or in non working order. Everything closes at 5 pm besides the casino."

"It was difficult to get room service short of getting your room cleaned. Would have to call 3-4 times and sometimes would not get bar items restocked. The property itself was clean, and the staff was very friendly."

"The Coral resort was the perfect spot for our family. The staff at the Coral were AMAZING! So friendly and incredibly helpful. It is the budget friendly hotel on the Atlantis property, so the rooms are not brand new/updated. But still clean and comfortable! All the restaurants were great, as was the pool. The quick walk to the beach was awesome! "
