Grand Hyatt Baha Mar

"We stayed at the Baha Mar Grand Hyatt section. Everything overall was wonderful but just a few things can be improved. The restaurants are extremely expensive and they need to have more quality economical choices. For example we went to the Pizza Lab (one of the more affordable options) and it cost well over $200 for 3 people. The other area to be improved are the lounge chair/umbrella situation on the beach. For Grand Hyatt guests, you have to arrive early just to get a lounge chair and umbrella otherwise you won’t have any shade. And the other thing I wasn’t crazy about is having the lounge chairs so close together that I can hear my neighbors entire conversation. Want more space and not packed in. You can pay extra for more cushy lounge chairs and umbrellas in a more quiet spot but it’s more money to spend on things that should be free as hotel guests. The waterpark rides we loved. Hope this review helps others."

"We had an amazing time at the British Colonial! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious. The beach was small, but pretty perfect. Despite the cruise ships being so close, we still saw wildlife and swam with sea turtles everyday. The restaurant staff was lovely, both the dinner restaurant and the breakfast space. We would definitely stay here again if we visited Nassau again!"

"I’m not one to usually leave reviews but in this case, it’s imperative. The Comfort Suites Paradise Island checked all of the boxes! Excellence across the board. Immaculate room, delicious breakfast, very nice pool, manicured property with a great location, and MOST of all the staff was exceptional, every single one of them that I encountered was professional, courteous and accommodating. I can’t wait to return. Next time I’m bringing the rest of the family, hopefully! Thank you to the entire staff, you made our stay (my wife and I) memorable! ❤️"

"Was worth the money, Wife and myself stayed Friday to Monday Recap of the hotel 👏 We got in Friday Afternoon, Taxi from the airport to the Resort cost 57 going and 60 coming back Pictures of the room along with the balcony and bathroom with mini bar, the bathroom is small so be prepared for that. We got the oceanfront Room very end of the hallway on the third floor we stayed on the beach all 3 days out to Monday didn’t go in the pool or swim up bar water was very cold The food we did the buffets all 3 days and was actually very good, the lunch is very small so don’t get expect much Breakfast was up to 10 I think I forgot Lunch is 12-5 and dinner is 6 to 10 We didn’t get to do the restaurants but we managed to get into steakhouse and was actually ok the Japanese is ok but not planning to do that again, The drinks are good we only stuck with Bob Marley and Pina Colada also had a mango slush with rum remember to as for extra mango slush Overall it was a very good experience and we are defilility coming back"

"People are friendly and Location is great if you have business in the port, visiting or joining a ship. Rooms are clean, aircon works well and comfortable overall. Now the noise ..... I was next to the pool so the first night rained and it felt like the rain was inside my room. That combined with a Frog from hell that sang ALL NIGHT. So beds are great and great hotel if you sleep during the day. Will also appreciate better mosquito protection on the windows."
