My room was never cleaned. Asked for clean towels and new sheets and housekeeping told me to go down to the front desk. Front desk and management were no help to the matter either as they told me that I would receive what I needed, but nothing was delivered to my room.

Lord Baltimore Hotel
Shower drain plugged immediately after starting the water. It was consistently ankle deep and very slow to drain. Afternoon staff was more friendly than morning.
