Nice average hotel, staff is great and room view on the waterfall is amazing! Except that I wasn’t able to enjoy the view given rooms are so close to each others and workers kept working in the area, so wasn’t able to have privacy without closing curtains! Nice vacation place for the family

The cabaña was spacious and clean with two king-sized beds, perfect for the family. The service was excellent and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was great and the amenities nice, although hours were reduced for cleaning.

The hotel was nice but should be noted that the rooms don’t have AC. The staff were very nice and accommodating and brought a fan to the room. Also no elevators. I would suggest that they at least put screens on the windows so that guests can open the window without mosquitoes coming in. When we entered the room there were already mosquitos in the room. The hotel is older but clean.

Really nice option in town.

Wonderful place in town. Quiet locale but close to everything. Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Decent spa. Spacious, nice rooms. Two suggestions: ceiling fans in the rooms instead of chandeliers. I had to sleep with my balcony doors open in order to cool the room down at night. No phones in the spa wasn’t followed by Ecuadorians who visited. Many on speaker phones / FaceTimes instead of observing the quiet signage posted. Spa staff notified but weren’t open to requesting they stop so I left on numerous occasions.
