"The room was big enough for 3 people and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. And the location was excellent, in walking distance of great restaurants and the gondola.
The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful."

"Room was clean and tidy. The Mountain View and little balcony was very nice. The parking was easy and spacious. It was in close walking distance to the downtown Bansko area where all the bars and restaurants are. The owners were very pleasant. "

"Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly!
We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!"
