"Great location and easy to access from airport with quick regular pickups. Great meals at their restaurant which were well priced and a good variety."

"I booked the property before midnight without warning about the check-in requirement. The contact I was given was not contactable. I tried to call and text the property from the night till the following week with no answer. I could not get refund due to the proper not responding any contact. So I ended up paying for the room but had to drive hundred km to get home in late night. So frustrated."

"Location was ideal for our trip. Tram stop was just outside, ample cafes and restaurants locally. The room was spacious and we had one at the back of the hotel, so traffic noise was not an issue. The property is on the older side, so noise travelled readily throughout the rooms and hallways. The carparking was secure, if a little intimidating to get to the first time! Staff were friendly and let us check in early."
