"The hotel was fabulous. The rooms were spacious, the staff were hospitable and helpful. It was very welcoming of our dogs and the food was lovely. It was perfect for a mini break as both mine and my husbands interests were catered for. The Art foundation had a grest exhibition and my husband loved visiting the aerodrome and race track. We loved the spa too."

I normally come back to the home (or to the Hotel ) late after work, the night staff are amazing, Billy and Mitch are super friendly, very helpful and great for a bit of a chat. These Guy's have made my stay so nice and welcoming I even call it 'Going Home to the Hotel'. "We stayed in the Filbert Pod in November 2025 for a nearby family event and can’t fault it at all - the pod was clean, comfortable and warm during the cold snap, and is located in a very peaceful and quiet location - and that’s before mentioning the excellent hot tub! The A27 is in easy reach if travelling by car, and there are frequent buses only 5 minutes walk away to Yapton village centre going in the directions of Chichester, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton. If you are considering a stay here - it’s well worth it - and we certainly will return again in the future. Thanks Pauline and Paul!"
