"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming boutique, hotel centrally located in old San Juan, Puerto Rico. The open-air design gives it a unique airy feel, while the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning for comfort. I love the thoughtful touches each day – complementary water 24/7, coffee each morning, wine and cheese at 5 o’clock and chocolates on the bed each evening. Room service was impeccable with two daily visits, in the room, a second door effectively kept noise out, making for a peaceful retreat. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food and there’s also a fantastic outdoor spot just across the street. The hotel has incredible character and a great location that makes exploring Old San Juan a breeze. It was truly a fantastic experience."

"Lobby had construction going on so messy and noisy. 2nd day stay electricity was cut out for half of the day with no upgrade or compensation given. Good thing is the hotel was center to all the tourist attractions so you are able to walk everywhere. "

"I had a windowless room (which is fine.) The bed was comfortable. The shower door did not close well and water spilled onto the floor. The water temperature did not get very hot. The front desk person was excellent and attentive. Good vibe in the place. Great location. I really only slept there. Very quiet at night. I would stay there again."
