"Under construction- the whole place. Entrances, hallways, common areas. Nearly tripped over communication cable in the hallway. Walked through filth to the elevators. Most of the sidewalks are missing panels and aren't fully accessible. We were in a finished room and it was actually nice. However, i work construction. I know from experience that phasing matters. There is a handwritten sign on the ck-in window to the effect that "weekly & monthly" residents are subject to higher security deposits. (We saw some of this clientele---ouch!) "After a delayed flight, I called for airport transfer (which was advertised) and they said it stopped at 11pm. After Ubering, when I arrived, no one was in the lobby. When he did come out there was no apology for making me wait and no apology when I told him of the transportation issue. I just wanted a little bit of polite acknowledgement.
