"Staff were miserable. The toilet and shower facilities were disgusting. I appreciate it’s a hostel but this has been by far the worst one I have personally ever stayed at. Rooms were smelly even though windows were open. "

"This was perfect for our needs. Close to our friends place and right beside Imperial Wharf train station and about 20 minute walk to the nearest tube. We would definitely stay here again."
"We had a really lovely stay here for our wedding in London. The rooms were beautiful and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. My mother's room was closer to the rail tracks so hers was quite noisy at times but she used earplugs and was able to sleep. Rooms felt safe and bed was comfortable."
"I loved my stay at this hotel, I always keep coming back to it every time I am in London,
The staff are very kind and welcoming,
Their rooms are spacious and cozy.

"Simple check in, clean, comfortable, proper furniture in rooms rather than the coolie-cutter designs most chain hotels have. Added bonus of being part of a football stadium. Easy to get to from Fulham Broadway tube station. Quiet. "
