"I love the location in the center of the city on Van Ness near California. For what you get the price is very reasonable. We received free parking which I don’t know if it’s normal but most hotels charge you $30-$80 per day to park. We were given a room on the 24th floor, which had a beautiful view of a large portion of San Francisco. The only downside is if you’re a light sleeper and your room is on the Van Ness side of the hotel there’s quite a bit of street noise. Even if you’re on the 24th...

"Staying at Hyatt House was so relaxing. We did not have any issues with our room, which was so clean, comfortable and has a well equiped kitchen. The on site laundry facility was handy since our stay was 10 nights. Each morning, the breakfast was phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to housekeeping. We would definitely stay here again on future visits. Thank you Hyatt!"

"No service for the tv. Had to ask for fridge and coffee making apparatus. Exhorbitant fee for parking (which was waived for lack of tv service). No free amenities except lobby coffee. Not as nice as our last visit 2 years ago."

"No amenities whatsoever. No restaurant or cafe. No bar. The “included” breakfast is non-existent. You pay for a lousy muffin. The outer door was propped open with a used dirty paper plate. So much for security! The only positives were the pretty location and nice staff. Definitely would not recommend."
