"Nice stay! Close to so many tourist spots and sightseeing places! Loved the location"

"they did not send me check in instructions and blamed the booking on using expedia. They did not handle maintenance issues. Clearly they were trying to save money and didn't fix the lock to a an exterior patio door. we were on the first floor and in 5 days they didn't fix it. Microwave was unable to lower power so all food was burning hot. body wash not refilled. It's clear that they did not inspect the unit before the new renter came. Disappointing."

"The Coastal Retreat is very cute inside. I love the way it is decorated. It was nice having the fans in the bedrooms, which were spacious enough. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well. The bathroom was nice, ,especially the shower head. I would not say that this home accommodates 6 people. We had 5 in our family. There is an ottoman that folds out as a “bed”, and bedding available for it, however the couch is on the slimmer side and I would not consider it for sleeping. The ottoman attached...

"This is a great property if you have a dog with its private yard and grass area. It’s also VERY close to downtown. Negatives…dead ants, tree sheds sticky leaves that stick to everything. I would rent again!"

"The bed is not comfortable, gives back pain. The towels are stinky. It's a pet friendly rental. They charged us pricey pet fee for bring our dog, then retained our security deposit when we checked out, stating that they found hair in the apartment. What? Dogs have hair in nature. We followed their guidelines not having our dog jump onto any beds and furniture. We brought our own dog bed and our dog slept there. Our dog did not have any accident, did not break anything, did not bark...

"Property was as described , very clean and well supplied with a beautiful ocean view. Location is convenient but on a very steep hill so not really walkable and a challenge to pull in/ out of driveway with neighbors’s cars as close as possible to edges of driveway. I was only able to communicate with Expedia reps before check in. Tried reaching out with a question during stay but no answer."
