"The property is 6 cottages within a separate resort. The resort for families is great. Falcon Cottages are not. We were put in a filthy cottage basically a mobile. Stained couch and dining chairs, broken blinds. Dried up food down the back of the counter and chairs. I went to use a baking pan only to find it full of grease. Windows dirty, the bathroom floor was all chewed up and covered up with a mat. BBQ looked like it hadn't been cleaned from last year and toaster didn't work. I swear we...

"Our room was on a ridge and directly faced Lock 7, which was just across the Welland Canals Parkway. From our balcony, we were treated to a truly excellent view of the ships and pleasure boats navigating between Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. They were simply amazing in both size and number, including Lakers and Salties -- a variety of bulk carriers and cargo ships -- even a "Frankenship"! "The staff were friendly. The room and bathroom were worn and need to be updated but they were clean which is what I cared most about as we were only staying overnight. The hotels are overpriced so the motel was the best choice if you are price conscious. Still overpriced though since it has no amenities and parking is extra. Should include parking and that would be beneficial. Location - close to every thing"

"For the price, excellent. Rooms need a little TLC, but the bedding and towels are very clean, bathrooms clean, a/c worked well during heat wave. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is directly infant off your room. Would stay again."

"Never again, room smelled like a mixture dogfood, mold and cigarette.. Cigarette burn on the toilet seat, a tissue stuck to the wall from a previous guest. The AC unit had a large gap over it that let in bugs. Greasy smudges on furniture likely left by previous guest that hadn't been cleaned. And the towels left in the room were very old and raggedy. The staff seemed pretty nice and the bed/bedding was decent."

"We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room."
