If you're tired of characterless, identical chain hotels and fancy seeing London from a different perspective, this is the place for you. "The staff were amazing, from the front desk staff to the staff at the restaurant - the brush and the staff who serviced the breakfast buffet on Saturday the 24th of January 26 and the front desk staff on the evening of the 23rd Jan 26… amazing women who were empathetic, kind and so lovely. The room service staff as well were fantastic. I stayed with my two kids and really enjoyed our stay. My son is autistic and I was nervous about spending a night away from home and the staff were wonderful....

"Check in was brilliant, it's a self serve and easy to use. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The only issue is that the bathroom door didn't close which could lead to embarrassment. The blackout blinds worked lovely. "

"Hotel moderno y limpio. Personal muy atento y muy amable. Desayuno por 8£ al día el cual precio/calidad está bien. Transporte muy bueno, autobús justo delante y tren/metro a 5 minutos andando. Como parte negativa, es de los hoteles que no te limpian la habitación ni te cambian toallas a menos que lo solicites cada mañana, y la temperatura del agua de la ducha podría ser un poco más caliente (opinión totalmente subjetiva). Es muy buen hotel si se mantiene el buen precio. "
